FapelloDownloader 2.0 Changelog.

• Downloaded images will no longer have ugly black borders around images
• Completely rewritten download algorithm, this led to:
  • 50% faster image and video download
  • in next release there will be a new GUI widget to select how much cpu to use (now default is 4)

• Updated libraries and external packages
• Bugfix and minor improvements
