i keep getting an error on output, no special characters in path. can i get a link to the previous download before v4? I had no issues until the new versions. thanks

Hi my friend,

do you get a video encoding error? i.e., the final stage?

you can try running the app as administrator (right click on QulityScaler.exe > run as administrator)
